*Underground plumbing cannot be inspected without specialized equipment
*Pools, spas & equipment are visually inspected not tested
Termite & Pests
PV & Solar Water Systems
Mold, Lead Paint & Asbestos
*Evidence of pests will be noted in reports, active infestations are determined by a sperate inspection
*Rooftop panels are visually inspected, functionality cannot be determined during an inspection
*Presence of contaminants can only be determined by lab tests (can be tested for additional fees)
